Yoga is for everybody! As a certified yoga teacher, Tommy focuses on regulating the mind and body through accessible movement and the balanced principles of Ayurveda. This one hour class will include breathwork, movement, rest, and time for reflection. All experience levels and bodies welcome.

A few things to note:
- We offer a sliding scale fee for this yoga class. Please choose the fee that feels both accessible and generous for you. If the lowest listed cost is not accessible for you, please email meet.cute.syr@gmail.com.
- Folks are welcome to join for the Cute Tea Social only, beginning after class at 2:15pm. There is no cost to participate. Teas are available for purchase on select days.
- For yoga class: please bring your own yoga mat (if you have one), water bottle, journal and pen/pencil. Props and extra yoga mats are available for use during class.
- The yoga studio and apothecary (where the Cute Tea Social takes place) are located up one flight of stairs. There is no elevator. Please reach out if you have questions.
