We believe that yoga is greatly underutilized in our world today. There are time tested reasons why yoga has been around for over a thousand years as an appropriate response to our fast paced, high demand, and often stressful world. In fact, learning to breathe deeply and move your body the way it was designed to move has never been more important.

We also believe that yoga is for all people, ages, body types, health conditions and cultures. If you’re breathing, there’s a yoga for you and we aim to provide you with the right formula to ease suffering and support you on every level, physically, mentally emotionally and spiritually.

Our mission is simple: provide a beautiful sacred space, meet you exactly where you are, guide you with empowered teachers and help you cultivate a yoga practice that is right for you, one that you’ll have for the rest of your life no matter where you are.  

The majority of our yoga classes are breath centered and adaptable to most people, which means that no matter what postures you can or can’t do, we have yoga for you.

Morning Awakening

Yin-ish Yoga

Yin-ish Yoga A gentle yoga practice. During this practice we will begin with breath work and centering, followed by a deep and stretchy Yin practice where we will hold seated postures for 1 to 5 minutes. We will incorporate the use supports such as bolsters and blocks for a deeper physical relaxation and a guided meditation and/or Yoga Nidra to promote calm and clarity.

This class is the perfect way to de-stress and calm the mind and body mid-work week.

Sutra 1.2: yogaḥ citta-vṛtti-nirodhaḥ

“Yoga is the uniting of consciousness in the heart” –Yoga Sutras of Patanjali translated by Nischala Joy Devi

This hour-long practice is intended to protect and promote ranges of motion in the joints while encouraging mental fortitude. We’ll lean into props like bolsters, blocks, blankets, constructing grounded postures that can be sustained in relative-stillness for up to 5 minutes at a time.
