We believe that yoga is greatly underutilized in our world today. There are time tested reasons why yoga has been around for over a thousand years as an appropriate response to our fast paced, high demand, and often stressful world. In fact, learning to breathe deeply and move your body the way it was designed to move has never been more important.
We also believe that yoga is for all people, ages, body types, health conditions and cultures. If you’re breathing, there’s a yoga for you and we aim to provide you with the right formula to ease suffering and support you on every level, physically, mentally emotionally and spiritually.

Morning Awakening

Yin-ish Yoga
Yin-ish Yoga A gentle yoga practice. During this practice we will begin with breath work and centering, followed by a deep and stretchy Yin practice where we will hold seated postures for 1 to 5 minutes. We will incorporate the use supports such as bolsters and blocks for a deeper physical relaxation and a guided meditation and/or Yoga Nidra to promote calm and clarity.
This class is the perfect way to de-stress and calm the mind and body mid-work week.

Bikram-Style | 26 & 2
A Challenging Yet Accessible Practice
This class follows the traditional 26 postures, each performed twice, in a heated studio (100-105°F). Designed for all levels, this practice builds strength, flexibility, and mental focus.
Unlike vinyasa-based yoga, there are no Chaturangas—instead, we build each pose from the ground up, holding it with deep focus and breath awareness. Short 20-second rest breaks between poses allow the body to recover, making the practice both intense and sustainable.
Our guided dialogue will help you explore your fullest expression of each pose. Modifications are always welcome, and you practice at your own capacity—listen to your body, take breaks as needed, and trust the process.
With time (patience) and consistency (regular practice), you’ll see progress both on and off the mat.

Dharma Yoga Level 1
This is the beginning level of the Dharma Yoga series.
Students practice Surya Namaskar Vinyasa and Shiva Namaskar Vinyasa Level I to warm up the body, bring flexibility to all muscles and joints and wake up the nervous system.
A gentle, yet powerful series of balancing, stretching, back bending, twisting and mild inverted postures follow.
This practice ends with Deep Relaxation, breathing exercises and concentration/ meditation to remove impurities and bring a sense of well-being to the body and radiant peace to the mind.

Baptiste Yoga with Yin

Strength, Flow & Deep Release
Taught by Baptiste-trained instructor, this class blends the dynamic Journey into Power sequence with the deep, meditative stretches of Yin yoga—creating a balanced and transformative practice.
Baptiste Power Yoga is built on five classical pillars:
- Drishti (gaze) – Focus and presence
- Ujjayi (breath) – Steady and controlled breathing
- Bandhas (foundation) – Stability and engagement
- Tapas (heat) – Practiced in a 90-92°F heated room
